Dinner with a complete stranger.
Oh how I love going to such a large school. For real. This summer everyone kept telling me how awesome it was that I could move to a place where I didn't know anyone and hop in. Well.... I love doing that. Sure, I get nervous sometimes. I mean, It takes a lot of guts to walk into a crowded room by yourself and not know a single person. That's pressure. I love living where I can always meet someone new.
I'm the type of person that doesn't feel like I really know you that well till we've had some quality time. For me that's sitting in a coffee shop, going on an adventure, eating meals together, after midnight, traveling together, & at sunrise, or outside of the situation where I would normally see you. That's when I feel like I know you.
back to my point of why I love a large school. The dining halls are the PERFECT place to meet people. I love to sit down at a table with someone eating by themselves and getting to know them over a meal.
The stranger at dinner tonight. I didn't catch his name, but I'm so happy I met him. He made me remember why I love the dining halls so much. Why I love going to UGA.
2 story coffee house. Quite possibly one of my favorite spots in Athens. I went there today with a girl that is quickly becoming one of my favorite people, Katie.
ha ha ha. I love my roomie:)
Meet Ginger Hightower. You would think this picture was taken after we've been friends for awhile.... but this is one of the first times we hung out.
I still have that same reaction.
She's leaving for the weekend. I'll be sad... but while she's gone... a few riverstonian friends are coming to take over her room :)

I'm sad I can't be one of the Riverstonian people that crash Gingers room--but soon enough my friend! :)
